Raid nets drugs, guns; 3 arrested

Tribune Chronicle

WARREN — Three people were arrested Tuesday in a raid that netted police three guns — two of which are believed to be stolen — and what police believe to be more than 100 grams of heroin and 25 grams of crack cocaine.

The search at 527 Washington St. NE also resulted in police confiscating several digital scales, about $600 in cash, packaging material, new syringes, a surveillance system and prescription pills, according to a Warren police report.

The report states field tests done on the suspected drugs were positive.

Charged Wednesday with two counts of aggravated trafficking and one count of having weapons under disability in Warren Municipal Court was D’Auntai Antonio Boss, 23, 2179 Burton St. SE., court records show.

Boss, in the Trumbull County Jail on $100,000 bond, pleaded not guilty to the charges. He is due back in court June 22.

Also arrested was Daniel Elden Dicks, 37, 356 Raymond NW, Warren, on a probation violation stemming from a previous possession of drug abuse instruments charge, and Brittany Hudson, 24, 68, Lilburne Drive, Youngstown, on a warrant from Erie County, according to court records and the police report. Both are being held at the Trumbull County Jail.
