The dog park at Mosquito Lake State Park held a “Howl-O-Ween” event Sunday afternoon to tell dog owners about the attributes of the walking area for pooches. According to members of the Friends of the Mosquito Lake Dog Park, the Bazetta facility gets about 1.5 million visitors a year and many at the nearby state campgrounds come just because of the dog park.
