Thu. 12:24 p.m.: VP Pence to visit northeast Ohio
WARREN – Vice President Mike Pence is scheduled on Friday to visit Cleveland to promote the administration’s “America First” policy, according to the White House.
Pence is scheduled to speak about the impact tax reform will have on Ohio. The event begins 3:30 p.m. Friday at the InterContinental Hotel, where Pence will speak at 4:30 p.m. He will fly into Burke Lakefront Airport.
The vice president will return to Washington, D.C., after the event. Also schedule to be at the event is Republican U.S. Rep. Jim Renacci, who is running for the GOP nomination for U.S. Senate.
