Mon. 2:28 p.m.: Youngstown man arrested after chase in Pennsylvania, Ohio

HUBBARD TOWNSHIP — A man suspected of being involved with a high speed police chase that started at 7:45 p.m. Sunday in Hermitage, Pa., and resulted in a multi-vehicle crash just short of the Ohio line in Mercer, was arrested in a bus in Hubbard Township, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Multiple charges are expected to be filed against Gabriel A. Queener, 27, of Youngstown, once he is extradited back to Hermitage, according to a report issued by Hermitage police Chief Eric Jewell.

Charges of felony fleeing/eluding police, felony accidents involving personal injury while not having a driver’s license, DUI, accidents involving damage to a vehicle or property, reckless driving, endangering another person and driving on suspended license are expected to the filed once he is returned to Pennsylvania, according to a police report.
