Fri. 9:45 p.m.: Man faces charge of misusing 911
WARREN – Police cited a 58-year-old Warren man Thursday night with misusing 911 in connection to multiple calls made to the emergency dispatch center in Howland.
John A. Kline, 2300 Plaza Drive NE, called the emergency line at least eight times between 5:30 and 11 p.m. to report his brother was picking on and bothering him and to threaten legal action against police and dispatch, according to a police report.
He was given a summons twice to appear in Warren Municipal Court to answer to the misdemeanor charge.
