WARREN – A man ordered to never drive again after he killed a teenage girl and injured several others in a 2003 drunk driving incident somehow was issued a new license, but had it revoked again Wednesday by a judge.

In 2004, William Demidovich was handed down a six-year prison sentence by Trumbull County Common Pleas Court Judge W. Wyatt McKay after Demidovich pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicular homicide while driving under the influence, aggravated vehicular assault while driving under the influence and failure to stop after an accident. The judge also permanently revoked Demidovich’s driver’s license.

Killed in the crash was Kyrsten Studer, 14, as she and other girls walked west on state Route 304 about 7:20 p.m. April 4, 2003. Demidovich’s blood alcohol content was measured after the crash at .189. The legal limit at the time was .10.
