Fri., 2:04pm: Western Reserve Port Authority in jeopardy

WARREN — Although commissioners from Mahoning and Trumbull counties took no action at a special joint meeting today, there is indication that they are seriously considering dissolving the Western Reserve Port Authority.

Trumbull County Commissioner Paul Hetzel called the port authority board “dysfunctional” and rather than asking members to resign, he indicated it would be more practical to dissolve the existing board and establish a new one with new members.
