Tue. 6:39pm: Three due in court on endangering charges
WARREN – Court appearances were scheduled for later this month for three people who pleaded not guilty last week to child endangering-related charges involving five children from 3 to 11 years old.
Colleen Stytle, 29, 1725 Larchmont Ave. N.E., faces four counts of child endangering, a third-degree felony; seven counts of misdemeanor child endangering and two counts of complicity to falsification. Her bond was set at $50,000 and a pre-trial scheduled for Tuesday before Judge Andrew Logan.
Robert A. Branch, 25, of the same address, was charged with four counts of felony child endangering. His bond was set at $20,00 and an appearance set for Sept. 18 before Judge W. Wyatt McKay.
Joseph Boone, 25, who lives at the same address, is charged with four felony counts of endangering and three misdemeanor counts.
All the charges occurred after Jan 1 and involve girls ages 11, 9 and 3 and a 5 and 7-year-old boy.
Trumbull County Children Services is investigating.
