LIBERTY — Ohio Auditor Dave Yost last week issued a memo about Liberty that says, “The Township has suffered recurring losses from operations and has a General Fund balance that raises substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern.”

The statement was part of a financial audit that shows the township with a $336,710 deficit at the end of 2012.

Updates to this story will be posted when available and complete coverage will appear in Thursday’s Tribune Chronicle print edition.
