Thu. 11:24am: Warren cleanup set for Saturday

WARREN – Residents of the citys southwest side will be getting a little dirt under their finger nails this weekend.

A neighborhood cleanup is being held from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday along Tod Avenue.

Everyone living or working on the southwest side is encouraged to pitch in.

Erica Royster, event organizer, is asking volunteers bring their own garden tools if possible.

In addition, One Health Ohio has agreed to provide a free fruit breakfast, shelter, and water from their mobile dental van, which will be parked at the Warren West Community Health Center, corner of Tod and Palmyra Road. Residents are to meet in the parking.

For more information, call Royster at 330-519-4607.
