Mon., 1:26pm: Warren Twp. homicide suspect held without bond

GREENSBORO, N.C. — A Warren man wanted in connection with a homicide last week in Warren Township is being held without bond in North Carolina until Trumbull County officials can pick him up.

Law enforcement in Greensboro, N.C., confirmed they are just waiting for Warren Township police to arrive so they can hand Patrick Lawson Heltzel, 20, 3230 Atlantic St., Warren, over to them. He is being held in Guilford County Jail.

Heltzel was picked up Friday night after police here issued an alert for him and a stolen vehicle.

The body of Milton A. Grumbling III was found Thursday in his 4464 Kincaid East Road N.W., Warren Township.

Police here said they are treating the discovery the 71-year-old man’s body as a homicide.
