Thu. 4:12pm: Warren schools employee fired
WARREN – A resolution to terminate a school employee charged earlier this month with carrying a concealed weapon was approved today during a special board meeting.
Honeya D. Price, 41, of Perkinswood Blvd. S.E., had been placed on home assignment pending the outcome of an investigation after she was arrested during a Jan. 16 traffic stop. Price had worked for the district since 2008 and was employed as a school / family liaison assigned to Warren’s Lincoln K-8 building.
