HEALTH AND WELLNESS: The McKinley Memorial Library and Niles Park Department will hold a heath and wellness fair 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Niles Wellness Center at Waddell Park. The free event includes exercise classes, pickleball instruction, free health screenings, bounce house, exhibits and giveaways.

SESCA MEETING: The Warren South East Side Community Association will meet 6 p.m. Thursday at old St. James White Hall building, corner of Willard and Milton avenues, Warren. This is the first meeting of the year.

DOG PARK SEMINAR: The Mosquito Lake Dog Park Friends will hold a seminar noon to 2 p.m. Sunday at Mosquito Lake Park office, 1439 state Route 305, Cortland. Seminar presented by representatives from Countryside Veterinary Clinic. There will be demonstrations on proper way to perform CPR, rescue breathing, and choking procedure on a dog, as well as cover heat and cold emergencies. Other medical concerns also discussed.
