Library hosts a sweet challenge

CHOCOLATE CHALLENGE: A Chocolate Challenge will be held 6 p.m. today at the Cortland Library Branch, 578 Lakeview Dr. The program for teens in grades seventh to 12th will include tasting sweets and taking on a sweetest challenge. Registration is required at 330-638-6335.

NIGHT OF COMEDY: The Newton Falls Preservation Foundation will host ”Night of Comedy” 6 p.m. Saturday with dinner 6:30 p.m. and show 7:30 p.m at Roby Lee’s Restaurant, 425 Ridge Road, Newton Falls. POLAR PLUNGE FUNDRAISER: A Polar Plunge fundraiser will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at Harry Meshel Picnic Area, 16465 Milton Ave., Lake Milton. Registration is at noon.
