EMBROIDERERS TO MEET: The next meeting of the Warren-Youngstown Area Chapter of the Embroiderers Guild of American will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at the IOOF Hall, 111 South Broad St., Canfield. There will be no evening meeting. The business meeting will be followed by a class on wool applique embroidery.

BETA CHI TO MEET: The Beta Chi Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma will meet 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Fowler United Methodist Church, 3426 Youngstown Kingsville Road, Fowler. The theme of the meeting is “Professional Affairs.”

Dinner will be 6 p.m. and the program that follows will on Inspiring Minds, presented by founder Deryck Toles.

Rosemary Kokor and Sharon Jarvis are co-chairs, with Barbara Layfield, Joyce Keir, Joyce Manning , Carole Kyser and Donna Lewis as committee members.

WOMEN’S CLUB TO MEET: The Trumbull County Federated Democratic Women’s Club will meet 6 p.m. March 6 at SCOPE Inc., 220 W. Market St., Warren. The speaker will be Trumbull County Sheriff Paul Monroe. Hostesses are Debbie Bindas and Cindy Michael.

The speaker for the April 3 meeting will be Warren City Clerk of Courts Karen Infante Allen.

The executive committee officers appointed by President Cindy Gorse are Jan Louma, historian; Joan Murphy, correspondence secretary; Marie Persin, publicity; and Linda Marchese, parliamentarian.

The Committee Chairpersons for this year are Diane Alejars, membership; Marie Persin, by-laws; Debbie Bindas, campaign contribution committee (CCC); Karen McMullin, sunshine; Cha Cha Zamarelli, hostess; and Fran Wilson, volunteer / special activities.
