New Year’s Eve party at library

NOON YEAR’S EVE PARTY: The Warren-Trumbull County Public Library in Warren will hold ”Noon” Year’s Eve Party for children 11:30 a.m. Thursday. Children can celebrate the arrival of the New Year a little early and in style. There will be music, games, craft, snack, and a countdown to the noon “balloon drop.”

WINTER BREAK ACTIVITIES AT LIBRARIES: Winter break activities have been scheduled this week for teens in grades seventh to 12. Activities will include games, movies and crafts today through Thursday at the Trumbull County Main Library in Warren and for children in fifth grade and older at the Lordstown Branch Library today, Tuesday and Thursday.

TRAINS IN TOWN HALL: The third annual “Trains in the Town Hall” will hold its final display 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the historic 1893 town hall at the Bloomfield township center, state routes 45 and 87. The holiday train display includes a winter scene, summer scene and Lego scene with children able to use remote controls for two of the trains.
