Harcarik – Geddes

The engagement and upcoming marriage of Jenniefer A. Harcarik and Christopher J. Geddes are being announced by the bride-elect’s parents, Gerald Harcarik of Warren and Lori Powell of Champion.

Parents of the groom-elect are Adrian Geddes of Cortland and Margaret Geddes of Leavittsburg.

Miss Harcarik is a 2003 graduate of Champion High School and a 2008 graduate of Kent State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She is employed as a case assistant with the Area Agency on Aging 11.

Mr. Geddes is a 2002 graduate of Labrae High School and a 2015 graduate of Fortis College, where he studied practical nursing. Mr. Geddes also served with the Army National Guard from 2002 to 2012. He is employed as a licensed practical nurse at Windsor House at Champion.

The couple will be married during a wedding ceremony on Sept. 17, 2016, at St. James Meeting House in Boardman. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and reception to be held at Daniel L. Rossi Auditorium in Fellows Riverside Gardens, Youngstown.


Garland – Morris

The engagement and upcoming marriage of Katie E. Garland and Chad E. Morris are being announced by the couple’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Garland of Mineral Ridge and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Morris of Alliance.

Miss Garland graduated from Mineral Ridge High School in 2005 and Youngstown State University in 2009 with a degree in education.

Mr. Morris graduated from Alliance High School in 2001 and Mount Union College in 2005 with a degree in computer science.

They are both employed by Alliance City Schools.

The couple will be married in June 24, 2016, at Brookside Farms in Louisville, Ohio.


Kohuth – Luoma

The engagement and upcoming marriage of Katie N. Kohuth and Brandon W. Luoma are being announced by the couple.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Kimberly Lody of Cortland and Matthew Kohuth of Cortland. Parents of the groom-elect are Brenda and Steve Waters of Bazetta.

Miss Kohuth attended Kent State Trumbull to obtain her pharmacy technician license. She is working as a certified chemotherapy technician at St. Joseph Warren Hospital Cancer Center.

Mr. Luoma graduated from Triangle Technology with his associate’s degree in maintenance electricity and construction in 2007. He is employed at Schaefer Equipment.

The couple will be united in marriage during a wedding ceremony to be held March 4, 2016, in Boardman, followed by a reception.
