ST. WILLIAM WINTERFEST: St. William Parish, 5411 Mahoning Ave. NW, Warren, is hosting its Winterfest Craft Show from 10 a.m. to noon today. The show will feature more than 70 select craftspeople from the area. Ethnic foods as well as other foods will be available to purchase. Takeout is available.
RADIO CLUB EXPO: The 20/9 Radio Club, a nonprofit amateur radio club, will be holding its third annual Holiday Craft Show and Vendor Expo 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. today at the Austintown Senior Center, 112 Westchester Drive, Austintown. Santa will be there for pictures from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for kids of all ages.
There will be more than 75 tables in three large rooms of crafters and vendors from all around the area and beyond. There will be basket raffles and a drawing for an Android tablet.
The club will be collecting non-perishable items and monetary donations for its Holiday Food Basket Project. This project helps families in need during the holidays with a complete meal and also provides small toys/gifts for children in the family. For each item or dollar donated, a raffle ticket will be received for a special door prize.
Admission is free and food will be available for purchase by the Austintown Senior Center.

CHRISTMAS CRAFTS: The Bazetta-Cortland Optimist Club’s Annual Christmas Craft Show was held Dec. 5 at the former Candlelight Knolls in Bazetta Township. Coordinator for the event was club member Mike Mills. This year’s craft show had more than 55 crafters/vendors from as far away as Diamond, Orwell and East Liverpool. There were more than 1, 000 people who attended the event.
Besides the crafters, there was a Chinese auction, homemade cabbage and noodles and a variety of baked goods. The club also provided an open kitchen for refreshments.
