Animal show to be held at library

ANIMAL SHOW AT LIBRARY: Outback Ray’s Amazing Animal Show will be held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library, 444 Mahoning Ave. N.W., Warren. The program is for all ages.

TRAIN CLUB SHOWS DISPLAYS: The Riverside Railroad Train Club Mahoning Valley will hold an open house of its large scale garden railroad from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Warren SCOPE Center, 220 W. Market St., Warren. Handcrafted buildings, lake and waterfalls will be shown. Donations is $3 with children younger than 12 free. For information call 330-770-8977.

CLOTHING GIVEAWAY SET: Fowler United Methodist Church, 3456 Youngstown-Kingsville Road, will hold a free clothing giveaway from 9 a.m. to noon today.

HEALTHY EVENT FOR KIDS: A Healthy Kid Day with free snacks will be held from noon to 2 p.m. Friday at Packard Park in Warren.

GARDEN GROUP DISCUSSES WEED CONTROL: Trumbull County Master Gardeners will hold a free garden program at 6 p.m. today at the Agricultural Center, 520 W. Main, Cortland. The program is on weed control.

VILLAGE HOLDS COMMUNITY EVENT: West Farmington Community sales event will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday to Saturday with more than 50 families and businesses participating. Maps will be available at Bontrager Groceries, 151 E. College St. Call Dawn at 330-889-2753.

FARM MARKET IN WARREN: A farmers market with vendors having various produce and items will be held form 3 to 6 p.m. Tuesdays through October 7 on Courthouse Square, Warren. Free parking at the Franklin Street parking deck.
