Dominion rates up slightly
WARREN — September rates for Dominion East Ohio’s Standard Choice Offer / Standard Service Offer are 0.1 percent higher than a year ago.
The minimal change in rates is attributable to the abundance of natural gas being produced in Ohio, company leaders said.
Effective Thursday, the SCO / SSO rates will be $2.965 per thousand cubic feet (mcf), 0.1 percent higher than last September’s rate of $2.961 mcf.
The new rates are 7.3 cents, or 2.5 percent, higher than the August SCO/SSO rates of $2.892 per mcf.
