Local bank stocks mixed on Tuesday
After losing 15 cents in trading Monday, Cortland Bancorp regained it and added another 20 cents in trading Tuesday to close at $24.65 per share. First Niles Financial held steady to close at $9.50 per share after gaining 12 cents on Monday.
