CONSUMER REPORTS RECOGNIZES ARMSTRONG: Consumer Reports recently recognized Armstrong as one of the best Internet Service Providers (ISP) in the United States, as determined by the latest Consumer Reports Telecom Survey. This is the fourth year in a row the company has achieved a top ranking in the annual survey, conducted by Consumer Reports for its August edition. It included over 200,000 respondents who reviewed 48 companies based on several elements including value, reliability, speed, technical support, customer service and wi-fi reliability. Armstrong ranked second for internet, third in television services and fourth in telephone services. Armstrong offers cable and internet service in Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Kentucky and Maryland.

COBBLESTONE OPENS IN GREENVILLE: Greenville Cobblestone Hotel and Suites, 81 Hadley Road, Greenville, Pa., recently celebrated its grand opening. The $6 million facility has 54 guest rooms.

People on the Move

VINCENT NAMED JEWISH FEDERATION CEO: Cristal Vincent has been named CEO of the Youngstown Area Jewish Federation’s Human Services Department. She is responsible for overseeing three federation agencies, Heritage Manor, the home for the aged with adult day services; Levy Gardens, the assisted living residence; and Jewish Family Services, all of which are located on the federation’s Gypsy Lane campus in Youngstown. Vincent was born in East Liverpool but is now living in Berlin Center. She received a bachelor’s degree in integrated health studies and health care administration from Kent State University and earned a certificate in long-term care administration from St. Joseph College in Standish, Maine. An Ohio-licensed nursing home administrator since December 2012, she began working at Heritage Manor in January 2012, as an administrator-in-training. She was named the home’s first assistant administrator in February 2013.
