Real Living earns awards

WARREN — Real Living Brokers Realty Group had the highest percentage of agents recognized recently by the Ohio Association of Realtors, the company announced.

The company, with offices in Trumbull and Mahoning counties, was represented by almost half of its roster at the state association’s award dinner last month.

The event coincided with OAR’s annual convention and expo in Cleveland. More than 2,500 agents from across the state were honored.

Receiving the Top Office Award for 2015, Real Living Brokers Realty Group ranked fourth in production throughout the United States under the Real Living brand.

“This recognition truly reflects the strong, sustained progress of our agents. It tells us that consumers in Northeast Ohio recognize the innovation and excellence that are characteristic of our team,” stated Yvonne Smith, broker for Real Living Brokers Realty Group.

Partner Mary Sims said she is excited with the success and the focus of customer relationships and proud of the recent awards by the agents.

“It’s certainly a tribute to the strength and service provided by our talented and remarkable professionals,” Sims said.

Partner Dan Alvarez stated, “we are more than a group of talented real estate agents; we are like family and we inspire each other. This is why our agents can become so successful, so quickly.”

OAR is the largest professional trade association in the state, with more than 28,000 members.  The President’s Sales Club recipients reached a level of success and accomplishment for exceptional sales achievement, the company said. The company said 25 percent of its agents received top honors from OAR.

Real Living Brokers Realty Group OAR President Sales Club members are:

l Excellence Award $5 Million, Alvarez, Melissa Palmer, Sims;

l Distinction Award $2.5 Million, Ginny Bond, Mary Ann McCann, Smith;

l Achievement Award $1 Million, Jen Braham, Lynda Cononico, Jayne Gregory, Cindy Miller, Jeremiah Pitoscia and Michael Schaeffer.

In 2011, HomeServices of America Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate, converted the GMAC brand to Real Living. With that change, Brokers Realty Group was brought back to reinforce the long-standing ties in the community. In 2012, Smith took new partners Alvarez and Sims to better service the growing customer base. All three owners have spent their entire real estate careers with the company.
