Images of the Valley subject of Tyler program

YOUNGSTOWN — Bill Lawson, executive director of the Mahoning Valley Historical Society, will present “Pictures Worth a Thousand Words: Telling Stories Through Photographs” as the next Bites and Bits of History program at the Tyler History Center, 325 W. Federal St., Youngstown.

He will share a few of his favorite photographs from the MVHS Archives and talk about their content, what time period they reflect and what is significant about their subject matter. Those who would like to submit a photography for Lawson to discuss should email a digital copy to education@mahoninghistory.org by Friday.
