Jay and Joan Brantingham of Warren will celebrate their 60th anniversary Dec. 14, 2017.
Mr. Brantingham and the former Joan Althouse were married Dec. 14, 1957, at the Winona Friends Church.
Jay graduated from Warren G. Harding High School and Joan from Salem High School.
The couple have four children, Joyce (Bob) Wiessinger of Columbus, Duane (Jeanine) Brantingham of Cortland, Jayne (Ron) Gregory of Cortland and Janice (Mark) Weidner of Cincinnati. They also have 17 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Jay retired from Packard Electric Division of General Motors Corp., where he worked as a tow motor operator. Joan retired from the Warren Trumbull County Public Library after years of being a full-time housewife.
They are active members at Grace United Methodist Church and the Willing Workers Sunday School class and are involved in the Northwest Neighborhood Association, the Winona Historical Society and Teegarden Acres.
The Brantinghams have spent their entire married lives residing in Warren.
